What if the payment fails?

How do I get an invoice

Please contact us via “Contact Us” and provide your order number. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to make changes to a placed order, please kindly contact us via ‘contact us’  as soon as possible. Please note that an order modification is only possible before the order status changes to “Shipped”, and we are not able to change a “Shipped” order.
